This album is the result of trying to take traditional Christmas and give them a "Purple Rhapsody" twist. It was a lot harder than I anticipated but I'm very happy with the end results. They're all identifiable but will also take you on a journey to places the originals don't go.

In many ways this was harder than writing and arranging my own self-composed music but taking someone else's inspiration and twisting it into something distinctly 'Purple Rhapsody' felt strangely self-affirming too.

I really hope you enjoy these forays into festivity!
